This apartment complex is a study into highly compact and efficient floorplans. The complex efficiently fills a infill alley-access lot in downtown Cottage Grove. The design provides a wide variety of unit types, from simple studios, to ground-level accessible units, to larger luxury units with lofty ceilings and multiple levels.

The cantilevered connection over the adjacent alleyway provides shared egress with existing upstairs apartments in an adjacent historic building.
